Christopher Fowler

Managing Broker, CRC Realty, Inc. Born and raised across the vibrant metro areas of Atlanta, New York City, and Detroit, I eventually made Florence, Alabama my home in 2000. I graduated from Bradshaw High School and continued my education and athletic career by playing college baseball in Nashville. I went on to earn both a B.A. in Management (2007) and an MBA (2009) from the University of North Alabama. My real estate career began in 2010, and I quickly advanced, earning my broker’s license in 2013 and obtaining my Tennessee license in 2019. That same year, I stepped into the role of Managing Broker at CRC Realty, Inc. Over the years, I have consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer and have remained passionate about helping clients navigate the market with integrity and expertise. Dedicated to advancing the industry, I have served on multiple committees for the Shoals Area Association of Realtors and the Alabama Association of Realtors, as well as on the Board of Directors for both organizations, and the Shoals Area MLS. I’ve also served as a delegate for the National Association of Realtors and held leadership positions on the Shoals Area Association of Realtors, including serving as President in 2022. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our Miniature Schnauzer. I’m an avid boater and golfer, and I love attending festivals and live concerts whenever possible.
